I recall a moment in my life where I had to maintain momentum while being chased by bullies and during that run, I was punching, kicking and or jumping over a few obstacles just so I can make it to the train. When I heard of the concept of Speed Brawl, I chuckled a bit which made me go back to that memory that I shared with you. I find it a lot easier to do such a thing in videos and it is a lot safer, but let’s take a look at Speed Brawl.
You’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be a supernatural Detective? The world is being spun into chaos because of a war that will shake both land and the heavens. It is up to you the Harbinger to settle this dispute and find out who is resurrecting this great evil known as Voden.
Am I dreaming because I did an article not too long ago talking about what games today are lacking and that is decent platformers. I felt that there wasn’t enough imagination these days going on with video games in terms of the lack of the Jak and Daxter’s, Bubsy, Rocket Knight and many others. Recently we saw the return of Crash Bandicoot remastered and a new Bubsy game, but now it seems that Spyro wants to bring back some classic platforming as well.
I am not going to lie to you gamers that I wish some games would make a comeback and honestly stumbling upon an interview of Hideki Kamiya wanting to bring back a few game characters for the new consoles and do a crossover. I spotted the original article on Silocronera’s site. Not just Viewtiful Joe was mentioned but also he wants to do a DMC remake and a Crossover for Dante and Bayonetta.
I don’t know about you, but I am not much of a fan of someone making a woman cry and then using her tears to open the gates of hell. I mean what kind of example are you trying to state here with a crying woman being blamed bringing hell to earth because of her sorrows? Is that fair? I think not good sir.
For those that have been complaining to me that the “New” Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is too hard and they should give it an easy mode…SLAP YOURSELF hard with an Atari 2600 or an Original Xbox. They both are heavy enough to bring some form of sense into your gaming mind and now that is out of the way let’s get into this review.
I am going to start by saying that Dead Cells reminds me of Strider meets Prince of Persia a bit. That is not a bad thing because both games feature some cool levels, great combat mechanics, and interesting puzzles. The dev diary below will dive deeper to explaining some concerns of the community and gives us a deeper look into the minds that creative this new side-scroll action game. Take a look!

Well, I am stumped and that is okay because as gamers we tend to run into some snags and as a reviewer playing a different genre of titles it becomes a situation. In this particular situation, I am playing a new indie steampunk theme puzzle platformer called Clockwork. I will be honest that it is not my typical game of choice and that intrigued me. Yes, I was given a review code which is no surprise and now that is out of the way enjoy the review.
