When a retro console gets a present-day upgrade can save you a lot of money or give you better quality for your classic titles. I have been seeing a spike in either companies improving on old consoles and new games for said retro titles. So, here you are checking out my latest review (thank you for that) on the Supa Retron HD which only plays SNES titles. Is it worth it?

There is nothing more fascinating than hanging out in Brooklyn to go to a Japanese festival filled with cosplayers, Japanese Culture, Live Performances, Food and of course video games. Kuma was asked to help set up and help run the games area of Waku Waku NYC where we had an abundance of titles from Super Famicom to the PlayStation 4. The theme was kept to the import titles like Bullet Girls and Neon Genesis Evangelion, but the highlight of the event was Mighty No. 9. The new title made by Mega Man’s creator Keiji Inafune who was there personally to talk about his game.

As some of you may remember the previous post I’ve done about video game enhancements and how they can be fair and unfair. Since the days of turbo controllers there have been preferences in making your gaming experience have a slight advantage. However this Magic Stick from Brook is legit to me because it can help with those input problems that most of us have and give you the chance to use preferred controllers on the Xbox One. Sadly there is no converter for the PlayStation 4 and so far no reason as of yet has shown up. To go more in-depth on this nifty USB device that works for both PC and Xbox One, please check out the video below as I’ve asked my cousin who owns an Xbox One to test the device out. While I, Kuma use the device on the PC.

Whats up good people and happy Sunday. Last night was the monthly Sexy Nerd party which was held at The Parlour on 86th and Broadway. This was a lovely venue in a nice area with decent amount of space to get your gaming, geek and nerd on. As some of you know the events are hosted by Video Games New York where you can obtain all your video game needs current and past. Kuma was on the scene hired as security to make sure things stayed groovy which wasn’t a problem at all. I am sorry you missed all the fun, but I have a video showing off what went down.
