Oh, my fellow gamers this is the kind of tea that I like to have during discussions when it comes to gaming. So, recently Phil Spencer shared an interesting tweet showing a picture of both Kenichiro Yoshida, President and CEO of SOny Corporation with Satya Nadella, CEO at Microsoft shaking hands? What is this monuments occassion?

I am not surprised that a TV series is being developed for Showtime. For a while now we have two animated movies and two live-action films that worked well. Now Showtime is now jumping on the Sci-Fi scene looking to bring the UNSC Spartans full story.

The doorbell rings at a quarter to 8 pm, as my other half answers the door, he witnesses a FedEx delivery man walking away. A massive box now sits upon my doorstep, He calls out to me “Are you expecting a package?”, “No?” I responded, “ Well it’s for you”, then he walks in the door with the package and states “It’s not Ticking!”. I open the box, which reveals a letter from HyperX, which starts off ironically with exactly what I was thinking.

This weekend was more than just New York Comic Con, because once the doors close what are you going to do next? After parties that’s what and lucky enough I help out Video Games New York with their Sexy Nerds parties that bounce around, but the best part is the interaction with fellow gamers, geeks, nerds and cosplayers. Nothing like taking the time to unwind, get your drink on and play some new and classic video games. This time around the party was located at Frames NYC, That is right a bowling alley took us in and it was a blast.

We are in a world where certain folks just “Deal with it” and in that we get rolled over on certain things that may not be important to others, but are important to a select group. I believe that certain things are worth discussing about in terms of YOUR MONEY! I have been a gamer since the days of Top Gun and two button controllers, but seeing the evolution has been great until the day the Original Xbox came out which caused us to cough up money to play online. It was worth it because the servers hardly had any problems at all and the fact that we were paying Microsoft didn’t have much of a choice to make sure we were happy gaming online. But let’s kick things off with my video.

Whats up good people and welcome back to this special fighting games edition of WTF Gamers?! A while ago we have been treated to a lot of teaser trailers of Tekken 7, but lately we started to get full on gameplay of the new title with an added bonus of a new character. This cute and quirky character named Lucky Chloe is a cosplay idol from what I read. First off I like to point out that Tekken is made in Japan originally and the fact that a lot of gamers were salty about her being too typical and weird had me laughing up a storm. Throughout the years of Tekken we have had mini dinosaurs, kangaroos, Raptors, living fighting wood, demonic Samurai’s and freaking Ogre God. So, Lucky Chloe seems weird to you?

A long time ago in a distant land known as East NY Brooklyn, there lived a young gamer who was gifted with a Sega Genesis bundle on that special day in December. It was a magical time graduating from 8 bit to 16 bit made this young gamer cheer for joy. From Altered Beast to Sonic the Hedgehog, it seems this gamer’s life will forever be bright. The balance of our gaming world was vast with Cool spot, Mortal Kombat, Battletoads and Bugsy…yes even Bugsy was welcomed for a time, but it was the balance that was memorable. However we fast forward to 2014 and now this young gamer became a Gaming Man who has to have multiple consoles to fill in that lost void. Companies like Naughty Dog grew up and turned their manimals into full on humans. The days of jumping, dip and dodging are limited to the Nintendo, unless you go into the classic marketplaces to download old titles. Why must it be left to Nintendo to keep childhoods intact with such titles like Splatoon, Pokemon and now Sonic Boom. The titles have been great, but when needing a change of pace, one should not have to switch systems.
